The repairs of the mechnical seal consist in regrinding, recoating and re-polishing of the sliding surfaces. If the sliding parts of the seal cannot be repaired due to excessive wear or mechanical damage, we will produce new parts. The damaged part itself is sufficient for the production of parts without drawing documentation.
The material design of the sliding pair depends on the environment and conditions in which the pump operates. The conditions determining the type of material for each application, which depend on a number of technical parameters such as. application temperature, the pumped or sealed medium and its chemical properties – acidic, basic and neutral, application friction with lubrication, without lubrication or alternating these conditions. The most common requirements include impermeability and wear resistance depending on the chemistry of the environment and the anti-seize in the application.
