For vacuum furnaces we provide the following services:
- Production of graphite parts (in cooperation with our sister company KOMPOZITUM): heating rods, bridges, transitions, tables, brackets, basket-shaped heating elements, etc. If the customer does not have the drawing documentation, we will draw the individual parts of the furnace on request.
- Supply of graphite insulation materials and CFC elements: insulation boards, soft insulation felt, graphite foil, CFC elements (plates, screws, nuts)
- Ceramic and molybdenum elements for vacuum furnaces: corundum ceramics (electrical insulator), molybdenum wires, rods, brackets, plates
- Service and repair of vacuum furnaces (in cooperation)
For each individual project, we can offer our customers a flexible approach – from the inspection of the vacuum furnace and the preparation of a quotation through the completion of the drawing documentation, the manufacture and supply of spare parts to expert advice. In cooperation we also offer installation of spare parts and furnace servicing.
